Region: Veneto, Italy Located on the well protected and sunny hills on the shores of the Adige River.
Grapes: mainly Garganega, Chardonnay, and other grape varieties.
Vinification: After the harvest the grapes are squeezed in special pneumatic presses and the mash is then fermented in stainless tanks at about 18°C. The maturation process last for several months and during this delicate phase in stainless steel tanks we can produce a more structured product. Shortly after, the Bianco delle Venezie is delicately bottled where it rest for 30 days before it is ready for shipment.
Tasting notes: Corte del Vescovo Bianco IGT has a nice straw yellow color. At the nose it delicately light with slight floral notes. Harmoniums with just the right acidic tip, sapid and freshly persistent.
Conservation: We recommend to enjoy this generous wine while young, within a two-three year period. The bottles should be stored horizontally in a fresh and dark ambiance

Food suggestions: A fresh everyday wine which pairs well with light flavored first dishes like Saphrone Risotto, Pasta with Zucchini, onion frittata and delicate soups like Pea Soup and Onion Soup. Fantastic with fried white meat and fish dishes.
